We suggest you hire an interior designer before or around the time of hiring an architect, builder or general contractor. Each project is unique and requires a full view at the scope of work to know how much to estimate. We charge a fix rate for full design services and hourly rate for partial services.

We use this knowledge to create a new vision for your home with carefully chosen images. We create mood boards to help create a "road map" for the direction we want to take. This road map helps us make selections that fit the vision. From there we maintain communication through out the project with builders, contractors and craftsman's, to ensure the vision is executed well. With full service design we stay on your project through out the entire process, and we also work on pulling furniture, accessories and final styling.
